We ship our mason bees via USPS priority mail.
We ship bees only to addresses in the continental 48 United States, and cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Bees are packaged in insulated containers, with frozen gel packs to keep them cool. No refunds on bee purchases, and bees are not returnable.
All other products are shipped via USPS parcel post. We’ll also ship non-bee products to AK and HI. Shipping times vary by distance from Eugene, Oregon, usually 2 to 6 business days.
Local pickup orders (in Eugene, Oregon) must call ahead to make an appointment.
Due to health concerns, including the recent coronavirus outbreak, if you show up without an appointment we reserve the right to cancel the sale and refuse to meet with you.
