All of our products — live bees excepted — are guaranteed for shipping damage, workmanship, and quality for 30 days from date of purchase.
If an item is damaged upon receipt, please email us immediately, using our contact form.
If you are not pleased with your order, please return the unused item(s). Send your return prepaid via UPS or USPS. Shipping charges are not refundable; CODs will not be accepted.
Please write the reason for return on the packing slip received with your order, and enclose with the returned item. Send your return to the address in the upper left corner of your packing slip. Please indicate whether you prefer a credit, a refund, or to exchange the item.
Please remember: returns will NOT be accepted for orders of bees.
If the original purchase was paid by VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover, or American Express, that account will be credited upon receipt of the unused item. Please allow two billing statements for the credit to appear.
